Run, run, wait, run, run, wait! Going through the adoption process I am continually learning the true meaning of patience. It seems to be a pattern of hurry and get everything ready and then wait until the next set of paperwork. I received my I-800a approval (US approval) letter last Monday. This set a crazy week, that I couldn't have done without the help of my mom. I received the letter Monday and by Monday night had it notarized. Tuesday my mom ran it to the state office to be apostilled. Wednesday all of my dossier paperwork was gathered and on its way out of the country. Now my paperwork has been received and I was told it looks like everything is complete so they are beginning to translate all of it (this can take about 2 weeks). So again I wait!

Thanks! I also can't wait for the next step! My paperwork was delayed in translation due to the amount families picking up before Christmas! I should get my first trip travel dates soon!
